All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
In the event of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We will notify you via email or phone if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates will vary based on your selected shipping method and your location. Standard shipping generally takes 3-5 business days, while expedited options are available for faster delivery.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Address Accuracy:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. Next2 is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Any additional costs incurred for re-shipping due to an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer.

6. Delivery Delays:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other external factors beyond our control. Next2 is not liable for delays caused by such events.
7. Damages:

Next2 is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
8. Order Cancellation:

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
